Sprachkunst – Beiträge zur Literaturwissenschaft, Jahrgang LII/2021, 2. Halbband
Three contributions to the current issue elaborate aspects of a specific, implicit poetics in each case: G. Keller ironically portrays an epigone in his novella "Die mißbrauchten Liebesbriefe" who proclaims a "new Sturm- und Drang period" in order to present himself as an original genius (B. Neymeyr); J. N. Nestroy and H. v. Hoffmannsthal parody and complicate the possible solutions of the traditional comedy ending (S. Haag) and I. Aichinger, like twin sister H. Michie, creates an aesthetic of the "leap" as an alternative to the dictates of established contexts (Ch. Ivanovic). A fourth contribution highlights the metaphorical background of P. Ehrenfest's thinking about quantum physics (J. Loescher). The volume is rounded off by reviews of new publications on the interaction of literature and music, on the image of Austria in France, on the Prague intellectual O. Fischer and on H. D. Thoreau's novel "Walden".
