Yasutaka Muroya

Yasutaka Muroya has been working at the Institute for the Cultural and Intellectual History of Asia since April 2015. His primary research focuses on the history of philosophical traditions in South Asia, as well as on manuscript transmission. He is engaged in research on Śāntarakṣita's Vādanyāyaṭīkā ("Commentary on the Rules of Debate") and the head of the FWF project "Dialectics, Logic and Philosophy in Indian Buddhism" (2021–2025).
