This report which follows Fritz Schachermeyr´s series Ägäische Frühzeit deals with the topics and new finds (1975–2002) on the Early Bronze Age in the area of today´s Greece. A detailed bibliography is followed by an analysis of the most important themes like chronology, various groups of findings (architecture, tombs, figurines, pottery, various equipment, metallurgy), transport and trade, but also questions concerning cultural change during the Early Bronze Age are systematically treated. The last part of the book concerns the excavations and new finds in geographical order. In an appendix colleagues report on their new finds and results.
