Collembola: The Austrian checklist of Collembola contains published records of 485 species. Problematic records are compiled in an appendix. Palpigradi: The Austrian checklist of palpigrades (micro-whipscorpions) contains two species and five subspecies. Problematic data are annotated in an appendix. Vespidae: Currently 97 species of Vespidae (represented by four subfamilies) are known from Austria. One of these species occurs in two subspecies. Several species have a restricted distribution, they are found e.g. only in the eastern and/or southeastern part of the country. Few species were recorded in the high alps of Tyrol only.
